Reality of Aid - CSO Aid Observatorio

The Aid Observatorio is a CSO-initiated and maintained database of development projects funded through the Official Development Assistance (ODA) or funded by International Finance Institutions (IFIs).
It offers on ground narratives and evidence-based analysis of development projects in fragile nations and developing countries.
The impacts of the projects are monitored and evaluated in terms of Development Effectiveness Principles and of the following areas: human rights, democracy, peace and security, and environment or climate.

A new online map highlights vulnerabilities that countries face in Latin America and the Caribbean. Jubilee USA Network and LATINDADD, two groups working on pandemic response, published the new online database detailing growing challenges faced by developing countries due to the pandemic.

Oxfam dataset: measures included in IMF COVID-19 loans

To respond to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has committed $1 trillion and so far provided $89 billion worth of financial assistance to countries around the world. Oxfam has tracked this COVID-19 financing and fiscal measures referenced in each of the 91 packages approved so far using official IMF reports for the respective countries.

IPCC Emission Factor Database (EFDB)

The Emission Factor Database (EFDB) is a project supported by the National Greenhouse Gas Inventories Programme (NGGIP), which is managed by the IPCC Task Force on National Greenhouse Gas Inventories (TFI). EFDB is intended to be a recognized library, where users can find emission factors and other parameters with background documentation or technical references that can be used for estimating greenhouse gas emissions and removals. IPCC Data Distribution Centre (DDC)

The Data Distribution Centre (DDC) provides climate, socio-economic and environmental data, both from the past and also in scenarios projected into the future. Technical guidelines on the selection and use of different types of data and scenarios in research and assessment are also provided. The DDC is designed primarily for climate change researchers, but materials contained on the site may also be of interest to educators, governmental and non-governmental organizations as well as the general public.
