On behalf of Eurodad, I would like to invite you to participate in the Eurodad General Assembly 2021
Wednesday 16th June 2021 10.00am-12.00pm (CEST)

The main topics on the agenda (please see the attached file for the full agenda):

• Annual Report 2020
• Updates on the 2021 workplans
• Election of new board members, as well as new Eurodad members and allies

Due to COVID-19 related travel and meeting restrictions, the General Assembly (GA) will again take place virtually on June 16th 2021 from 10.00am-12.00pm (CEST) on Zoom (see instructions below).

Please let us know if you will attend the GA by sending a confirmation by email to: [email protected]. If you can’t attend, you can select a proxy to vote on your behalf (this can be done via simple email proofing that your selected proxy has accepted his nomination. For questions about proxy voting, please get in touch with [email protected]).

I have attached the minutes from the extraordinary GA in December 2020 for your information, and the agenda for this meeting. Please note that further documents may be forwarded to you prior to the meeting.
