this is to give you a heads up that there is a draft statement on the WB's DBR Gate supported by the #RightsNotRankings campaign that is open for input and comments: here. The draft will be open for signatures from Friday with the aim of launching it on Tuesday 12th of October, the day of the World Bank Town Hall with David Malpass. It is an ambitious timeline, but hopefully a feasible one. 

You are welcome to comment and input on the draft until Thursday morning (especially on the recommendations, and especially if you have red lines on what should be included), and be alert for when it will come for organisational signature. 

Again apologies for not managing a more interactive process thistime, I hope we can still get to a widely shared and owned statement.
