The extra ordinary General Assembly of Eurodad 2020

Wednesday the 16^th of December 2020 2.30pm-4.30pm (CET) (online).

There are two main topics on the agenda (please see the attached file for the full agenda), namely

1. The Eurodad Strategy 2021-2025
2. Election of new board members, as well as new Eurodad members and allies.

On the second point some of you will know our chair Antonio Gambini has landed himself a new job, which unfortunately means he has had to step down as chair – thanks Antonio for great work on the Board over many years! This means we need to elect new members of the Board and the Board needs to appoint a new chair of the Board.

Due to COVID-19 related travel and meeting restrictions, the extra ordinary General Assembly (GA) will take place virtually on December 14^th 2020 from 2.30pm-4.30pm (CET) on Zoom (see instructions below in this email).

Please let us know if you will attend the extra ordinary GA by sending a confirmation to: [email protected]. If you can’t attend you can select a proxy to vote on your behalf (this can be done via simple email proofing that your selected proxy has accepted his nomination. For questions about proxy voting, please get in touch with [email protected]).

I have attached the minutes from the last GA for your information – as well as of course the agenda for this meeting. Please note that we shall be forwarding the remaining documents prior to the meeting.
