for all those following the Zambia case in the G20 Common Framework: As you all know, a new Zambian government has been elected in August 2021. Shedding light into the intransparent debt situation was one of the stated priorities of the new finance minister. The Zambian finance minister now published a detailed overview of Zambia's current public debt, see attached to this email. The most interesting part is the detailed list of its creditors (44 in total) and their share.
