Guide to NextGenerationEU: doing more harm than good
You will find below the linkt to ODG new publication on the recovery funds NextGeneratioEU "Guide to NextGenerationEU: doing more harm than good", which they elaborated together with Ecologists in Action, OMAL and other civil society groups.
It is a critical analysis explaining procedures and mechanisms, as well as the short and long term risks of the recovery funds. We tackle financial, social and climate issues, like debt, PPPs, corporate power and "green" transition.
They also provide 8 improvement proposals to the Spanish Government so that the funds can contribute to a true, fair and eco-social transformation.
It is a practical tool for civil society groups, social movements, journalists, public technical and administration staff, and for the general public.
